Our programmes for yoga, stretching and aqua gym will help you strengthen, lengthen and let go of everyday stresses.
Loosen up with a yoga or stretching class and spend the rest of your day feeling relaxed and limber. Or, get your heart rate up without putting too much pressure on your joints in an aqua gym class.
AGUA FITNESS
SUP YOGA
SUP Yoga is a practice that combines two disciplines: Stand Up Paddle Surf and Yoga. In a Sup Yoga class the aspects of Yoga: asana, pranayama, mudra and meditation are adapted and practised on a Paddle Surf board, so it is always practised on a water surface.

Agua Bike
For water lovers this is a good option to avoid getting bored or tired of the same exercise every day. You can enjoy the pool and at the same time burn calories, train your muscles and keep fit.

Agua Jump
It's called Aqua Jump and it's an aerobic training programme, with fun music that stimulates coordination, endurance and balance. Best of all, it is done by jumping on a mini trampoline underwater.
